Patient Info
INSURANCE
Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. Some companies combine dental and medical coverage. Some insurance companies change policies and guidelines weekly. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate our patient's insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time consuming. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance be current.
Co-Payment- All co-payments are due the day of service.
Private and Group Insurance - As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any additional balance due will be billed to you. If you have deposited an excessive co-payment, it will be posted to your account.
If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS

Certain treatments or procedures can have payments proportioned over the length of the procedure. Specifics for this type of payment are detailed in your treatment plan. Patients needing financial assistance can discuss the various options available with our Financial Coordinator.

Pacific Dental Care A Commitment to Excellence in Dentistry!
Once your condition has been diagnosed and documented, your doctor will discuss your treatment plan in detail. If necessary, we will team up with the area's best periodontist for treatment of patients with severe symptoms.
ENDODONTICS (ROOT CANAL THERAPY)
Because of deep decay, trauma, or periodontal disease, the soft tissue in your tooth may become infected and may either be dying or dead. It is the duty of the dentist to locate the soft tissue within the tooth (which is located in canals), remove it, sterilize the area, and finally fill the canals with a special material so that no bacteria can leak through the tooth to cause another infection.
ORTHODONTICS AND ORTHODONTIC ALTERNATIVES

Braces our way
- The Damon 3 system - aligns your teeth and enhances your facial aesthetics, usually without extractions or rapid palatal expanders. Damon passive self-ligating braces eliminate the need for elastic or metal "ties". Damon smiles are full, natural 10-tooth smiles achieved with light biologically sensible forces, and are specifically designed to improve the overall facial result of each patient.
- Delta Force Brackets - Triangular brackets utilize a low-force square wire, resulting in less pain and sensitivity, and complete treatment faster than traditional square brackets. The triangular braces system moves the crown and the root of the teeth at the same time, from the beginning of treatment, in one stage, with typically one square wire. Conventional braces systems typically move the crown of the tooth with round wires during the first year and the root of the tooth with square or rectangular wires during the second year.
Invisalign
Invisalign is a virtually transparent, undetectable and more hygienic alternative to braces, for the treatment of crooked teeth. Instead of wires and brackets, Invisalign uses a series of clear, plastic, removable "Aligners" that gently move teeth to the desired positions and let you get on with life! In the orthodontics area, Dr Bueno is accredited to offer Invisalign and has had many happy patients successfully complete treatment with Invisalign instead of the traditional "metal braces."
